Teaching Assistant, powered by HyPAS is a device-based application that allows educators to print customized bubble test sheets and answer keys with just a few keystrokes on a Kyocera HyPAS enabled or capable MFP touch panel, then automatically grade the tests and provide detailed analytical feedback on student performance. This analytical data can then be printed, emailed, or saved to USB in PDF format. All sensitive student data is protected as Teaching Assistant clears the data from the MFP after every job. And, since the Application is device based, no additional IT infrastructure is required and setup is simple. Capture2go is a free document capture application that utilizes Kyocera’s HyPAS (Hybrid Platform for Advanced Solutions) technology, and is available via the Apple AppStore on iTunes for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Kyocera’s Capture2go program allows end-users to seamlessly scan documents on the Kyocera TASKalfa 500ci series of multifunctional products (MFPs) for review and distribution on the iPhone. In addition, once scanned into the iPhone, Capture2go allows the user to print the document on any authorized Kyocera networked printer for increased flexibility and mobility within the enterprise.
