Tutorial: Setting up your PC to Print to a Kyocera Product

1.    Go to Kyoceramita.com.

2.    Click the download hyperlink.

3.    Select the Download Center link under United States.

4.    Select your product category (most will be under Legacy Copier/MFP and Color/MFP).

5.    Select the model of your product.

6.    Select Drivers from the Sub-Category menu.

7.    Find the latest driver for your product, making sure that you chose x86 for 32bit and x64 for 64 bit. The KX drivers are generally what you are looking for.

8.    Click either download now or the file link.

9.    Click save and browse to the location you would like the file to be saved.

 

10.              Find the downloaded file and double click.

 

11.              Click run.

12.              Accept the license agreement.

13.              Click next.

14.              Select KX Driver.

15.              The installation will then discover all Kyocera devices on your network. Select which one you would like to install and click next.

16.              Click next.

17.              Notice that the “set as default printer” box is checked. This is by default, so if you do not want this to be your default printer please uncheck the box. Click next.

18.              Click install.

19.              Uncheck “show quick print tab” and click finish.
