Press the 'FUNCTION' key, press the 'DOWN ARROW' key till you get to the total counter, Press the 'SORT COPY/ENTER' key. Meter Reading will show on the display. Press the 'SORT COPY/ENTER' key to exit. |

Hold the STOP/RESET button down, release when 'F-23' comes on the display. The Display will flash 2 sets of 3 digits (this is the meter reading) Press STOP/RESET button to exit. |

Press the SYSTEM MENU/COUNTER button. Press the down scroll button to COUNTER CHECK, then press OK. Next press the down scroll button to PRINT COUNTER REPORT and press OK. A report will print out , the total count you want is at the top left of the page. |

Press the SYSTEM MENU/COUNTER button, then press the OK/ENTER button, then press the OK/ENTER button again. Use the ▼ button to scroll to STATUS PAGE and then press the OK/ENTER button then the YES button. The status page will print, once the page has printed press the EXIT button. The total page count is located at the bottom left of the page after the words TOTAL PRINTED PAGES. |

TO print the Meter reading report out press 'PRINT REPORT' when the total is on the display. The counter can also be printed from this display by pressing the 'Print Status Page' button located in the bottom left of the display. |

Touch "CLOSE" then 'END' to exit. To print the Meter reading report out press 'PRINT REPORT' when the total is on the display.

Press the 'SYSTEM MENU/COUNTER' button (upper left of operations panel). Display will change, press "CHECK THE COUNTER' on the touch screen. The total numbers of copies are listed in the 'TOTAL' column in the 4th row down. You can also press 'PRINT REPORT' (on the touch screen) and the total count will be shown on the printed page in the same location. Touch "CLOSE" then 'END' to exit. |

Press "System Menu / Counter" button. Press "Report". Press "Report Print". Press "Status Page". Press "Yes". The Status Page will print. Look for Counters in the right column just over 1/2 way down, then follow it down 4 lines to Total. The total page output is just to the right of the Total. Note don't use the Total at the bottom of the page, that is for scanned pages. |
